Feet dehairing machine, La Parmentiere, 770P – Ireland

We recently completed the successful refurbishment of a Feet dehairing machine, La Parmentiere, 770P for a customer in Ireland.

In addition to the paunch cleaner, we also supplied some additional equipment, including an electrical cabinet, pneumatic control, and thermostatic valve.

The refurbishment was carried out entirely by our technicians and included:

• Checking and replacing important mechanical parts
• Replacing the axis and bearings within the mechanical group
• Testing the motor
• Building a new electrical cabinet to control the paunch cleaner
• Creating a new pneumatic control system to operate the cylinders
• Replacing the old pneumatic cylinders with NEW ones.
• Replacing other worn-out parts
• Cleaning and testing the machine to ensure perfect operation
