Poultry Plucker, Stork, D161 – Saudi Arabia

We recently completed a full refurbishment of a Poultry Plucker, Stork D161, for a customer in Saudi Arabia.

Our technicians started by completely dismantling the machine down to the bare frame, so every part could be checked on its own. This gave us a clear view of what needed to be repaired, replaced, or rebuilt.

The refurbishment included:

• Fully dismantling the machine down to the frame
• Building a brand new bottom row.
• Checking every motor individually and replacing any that were worn or not working properly
• Inspecting all remaining parts and replacing almost all of them with new components
• Reassembling the entire machine with the new and checked parts
• Testing the finished machine thoroughly to confirm smooth and correct operation

The customer kept their original machine frame, but almost everything inside and around it is now brand new — giving the plucker a like-new performance while keeping the proven base structure.
