Breast cap deboning unit, Foodmate, FM7.50 – Mexico

We recently completed the successful refurbishment of a Breast Cap Deboning Unit, Foodmate FM7.50, for a customer in Mexico.

In addition to the deboning unit, we also supplied an inlet and outlet conveyor, along with a new transformer to ensure the machine could run smoothly on the customer’s existing power setup.

The refurbishment was carried out following a full inspection and included:

• Having the machine thoroughly checked by an experienced former Foodmate technician
• Refurbishing the machine based on the inspection findings
• Supplying and fitting the inlet and outlet conveyor
• Supplying a new transformer for compatibility with the customer’s power supply
• Testing the machine to ensure perfect operation
