We have for sale a Feet dehairing machine, 770P from the well-known brand ‘La Parmentiere‘.
Important note: The machine shown in the images is equipped with a stainless steel base, whereas the version we supply comes with a galvanized steel base.

The machine will undergo a full refurbishment, which includes the following:

• Checking and replacing important mechanical parts
• Replacing the axis and bearings within the mechanical group
• Testing the motor
• Building a new electrical cabinet to control the paunch cleaner
• Creating a new pneumatic control system to operate the cylinders
• Replacing the old pneumatic cylinders with NEW ones.
• Replacing other worn-out parts
• Cleaning and testing the machine to ensure perfect operation

PURPOSE
The scalding and hair-removal machine type 770P is designed for scalding and removing hair from the feet and heads of calves, cattle, and sheep. It can also be used to clean and de-hair whole piglets.

PERFORMANCE
The 770P enables complete processing of calf feet and whole piglets in a single operation. Other items may require an additional finishing step to achieve the desired result.

IMPORTANT
For optimal yield and the highest possible product quality when processing sheep and cattle feet and calf heads, it is recommended to follow the hourly output guidelines provided in the performance table (available upon request).
