The Snout Dehairing Machine is designed for washing, scalding, and dehairing beef snouts, head skins, and pork snouts. It delivers efficient and consistent processing for slaughterhouse operations. The machine provides excellent dehairing performance thanks to its auto-sharpened blades.

Two processing methods can be used depending on the required finish. The recommended method combines scalding, dehairing, singeing, and rinsing for optimal results and higher hourly output.

  • 90–150 beef snouts per hour (without bones)
  • 60–100 beef snouts per hour (with bones)
  • 100–175 kg of beef head skins per hour
  • 350 kg of pork snouts per hour
