Pig scalding dehairing unit, Hubert Haas – Ireland

We recently completed the successful refurbishment of a Pig Scalding Dehairing Unit, Hubert Haas, for a customer in Ireland.
The machine was completely refurbished by our technicians, with around 90% of it replaced with new parts. The work included:

Fitting new paddles
Installing a new axis
Building a new full electrical control panel
Installing a new control cabinet
Fitting a new thermostat
Installing a new PT-100 temperature sensor
Creating a new pneumatic control system
