Breast cap deboner, Foodmate, Maxima
This Maxima breast cap deboner from Foodmate was built in 2022 and is fitted with a wishbone remover. It has a capacity of 3,000 birds per hour (bph). We renewed the machine at our location in the Netherlands, where it was checked, repaired and tested in October 2026.
The Foodmate Maxima is designed to skin the breast cap automatically, remove the wishbone and debone the breast cap, with low bone content and high yields. The operator runs the machine from a touchscreen control panel with start, stop and emergency stop buttons. Transparent covers let you see the processing stations while the machine is running.

It is renewed by TransNational Agri Projects. In October 2026 the machine was checked, repaired and tested at our location in the Netherlands. The work included swapping the manual loading cables, replacing the door sensor and setting the timing of the wishbone remover.
