Breast cap deboner, Foodmate, MAX 2.0

We have a Foodmate MAX 2.0 breast cap deboner for sale, with a capacity of up to 6,000 breast caps or front halves per hour. The machine has only run for 5,500 hours.

It produces butterfly fillets, half fillets and tenders (in/out), with an integrated automatic skinner, wishbone remover and keel bone meat harvester. Touch-screen operation with pre-programmed product selection lets you switch products on the fly. Fully enclosed, hygienic design with a compact footprint.

The machine will come completely refurbished.
