The double roller system ensures optimal rotation of the pig while providing gentle and efficient dehairing. During the dehairing process, the bristles are thrown against the lid and collected in the bristle catcher. This catcher also acts as a filter for the scalding water, with the bristles trapping dirt particles and helping to keep the water clean.
