Paunches Cleaner, La Parmentiere, 880P – Germany

We recently refurbished a La Parmentière 880P paunch cleaner for a customer in Germany, restoring it to a condition that looks and performs almost like new.

The customer required a process to clean paunches for the Chinese market, so we installed a new plate capable of cleaning the bible to produce green bible, which is highly popular in the Chinese market. In addition, we ensured that the machine was extra watertight, as this process requires the machine to be completely filled with water up to just above the plate.

For this project, we transformed a used machine into a like-new solution. The machine includes:

• New plate

• New shaft

• New pneumatic valve

Only the outer frame of the machine is used; all critical working components are new. This provides the customer with a reliable, high-quality machine designed for long-term operation.

This machine will be used specifically for cleaning paunches for the Chinese market. For this process, a different plate is required.
