The GM Steel DML-3000 is a machine for washing and blanching tripe, stomachs, small intestines, and similar products.

Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a hygienic design, spray nozzles for even washing, and a balanced turntable for efficient cleaning. Includes a pneumatic 180° discharge door, water–steam mixer, and stainless steel control panel with variable speed drive.
