We offer a complete high-capacity Numafa industrial crate washer, equipped with a crate feeding conveyor and designed to handle up to 500 crates per hour, depending on crate size. This crate washer is designed to clean crates measuring 730 × 530 × 310 mm.

This high-quality crate washing system delivers efficient and reliable cleaning in a continuous process. Operators place products onto an infeed conveyor chain driven by a geared motor, and guide rails keep them securely aligned as they move through the tunnel. For optimal workflow, two people operate the system.

In the pre-wash and main wash sections, a centrifugal pump circulates water to thoroughly spray the products. The system filters and reuses the water, while it collects debris separately to maintain hygiene. Adding a low-foaming detergent and maintaining the correct temperature significantly enhances cleaning performance.

At the final stage, fresh water from the supply line rinses the products, improving drying results. Operators can discharge the rinse water or recirculate it into the system, depending on operational needs. An automatic float system maintains the correct water level in the tank, ensuring consistent and efficient operation throughout the process.
