We offer a complete high-capacity Numafa industrial crate washer, equipped with a crate feeding conveyor and designed to handle 300 to 350 crates per hour, depending on crate size. This crate washer is built to wash crates with the dimensions of: 730x530x310 mm.
This high-quality crate washing system is designed for efficient and reliable product cleaning in a continuous process. Products are placed onto an infeed conveyor chain, driven by a geared motor, and guided securely through the tunnel by side and top guide rails. The system needs to be operated by two people for optimal workflow.
In the pre-wash and main wash sections, products are thoroughly sprayed using water circulated by a centrifugal pump. The water is filtered and reused, while debris is collected separately to maintain hygiene. Adding a low-foaming detergent and maintaining the correct temperature significantly enhances cleaning performance.
At the final stage, products are rinsed with fresh water directly from the supply line, ensuring improved drying results. The rinse water can either be discharged or recirculated into the system, depending on operational needs. An automatic float system maintains the correct water level in the tank, ensuring consistent and efficient operation throughout the process.
