Evi-line, Linco, 6.000 bph
We recently sold and fully refurbished a complete poultry evisceration line.
The line includes a LINCO/Baader evisceration system for 7,000 birds per hour (bph), a Stork plucker D161, a pump, and a feet unloader.
Our team dismantled every machine, checked all parts carefully, and restored them to excellent working condition.
All evisceration machines were refurbished by Linco technicians. They replaced all the bearings and bushes and checked every part to make sure the machines will work well for many years.
To fit the customer’s production setup, we also adjusted the feet unloader to match the height of their processing line.
This project shows our experience in repairing and upgrading used equipment and making it work smoothly in different factories.
