4x Plucker, Linco, LM22 – Canada

We have successfully completed another project, supplying four poultry pluckers to a customer in Canada.

For this project, we integrated the four pluckers into a single frame. First, we dismantled all pluckers and carefully inspected every component. Where necessary, we ordered and installed new parts to ensure the highest quality and performance.

Our technicians refurbished the pluckers not only mechanically but also hydraulically. We installed a new hydraulic pump suitable for the Canadian electrical current and replaced the hydraulic hoses to ensure reliable operation.

During this process, all motors were checked to confirm compatibility with the Canadian electrical standards.

Finally, the pluckers were fully tested before being shipped to Canada.
