The Foodmate OPTI Thigh Deboner is designed to process thighs in three different end products: thigh meat, thigh bone and thigh skin. With the kneecap removing feature, this machine tackles the problem with trimming the cartilage that stays on the meat after deboning. This enhances the product quality and increases the product yield.
During refurbishment, our technicians will clean and test the complete machine and replace parts when necessary.
